Item Condition:
  • The item to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Shipping Costs:
  • Apex Primal will cover the shipping costs associated with exchanges resulting from our errors. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
